Ministry volunteers serve in a variety of capacities such as: club coordinator, Bible lesson teacher, missionary storyteller, song leader, snack provider, small group counselor, games leader and general club helper.

Ministry Volunteer Application
As a Member of our Prayer Team
Prayer Team members commit to pray daily for specific prayer and praise items on our monthly “Praise and Prayer” letter. The letter is emailed to team members at the beginning of each month. To join the Prayer Team, contact local director Mitch Townley
As a Member of our Greater Knoxville Committee
Committee members:
- Pray for the chapter, the staff and the overall ministry and help encourage others to pray as well;
- Give accountability, oversight and direction to the overall work of the chapter;
- Actively help share the ministry with others;
- Help gather the needed resources (people, finances and other ministry needs);
- Brainstorm problem areas and more.
In addition, the Committee meets one evening each month to pray and plan. Perhaps God might use your business and/or ministry expertise in this indispensable and much needed area.
Additionally, there are ways to aid and advise our local committee as a non-committee member by serving on one of our subcommittees
Finance
Overseeing and planning the raising of funds for our chapter; budget planning.
Personnel/Volunteers
Responsible for administrative issues associated with staffing, such as strategic planning, prioritization of tasks, and policy.
Ministry
Responsible for ministry vision; overseeing and planning ministry activities and initiatives
Prayer
Focuses on the foundation of prayer for every aspect of the ministry.
Communications
Website content, newsletter development, social media, publicity
